DIAMOND SUPPER CLUB AFTERNOON TEA AT THE ROYAL OPERA HOUSE

DIAMOND SUPPER CLUB – Can you think of a grander setting for you afternoon tea than the iconic Royal Opera House in London’s bustling Covent Garden? We certainly could not think of a more splendid location in the whole of London! Having afternoon tea here, a quintessential British experience, is a real elegant and sophisticated treat! To accompany this lavish afternoon tea, we picked Boodles’ newest collection Pas de Deux inspired by the Royal Ballet.DIAMOND SUPPER CLUB THE ROYAL OPERA HOUSE

High afternoon tea is English tradition at its finest, and might we add, at its scrummiest! Imagine: a delicious array of finger sandwiches, colourful tantalising cakes and freshly baked scones (our all-time favourite!). All to be accompanied by a wide range of loose leaf teas and, if you are feeling truly decadent a glass of Ruinart champagne – isn’t there a better way to treat yourself?! A resplendent feast for the eyes and taste buds! We loved that afternoon tea at Royal Opera House fuses classic and contemporary recipes and combines seasonal British ingredients.

Afternoon tea is always a sophisticated Epicurean treat, and now you can enjoy it in the magnificent setting of Paul Hamlyn Hall of Royal Opera House. An unconventional – most people associate afternoon tea in London with the Ritz or Claridge’s – but very cultural setting for your afternoon tea. Royal Opera House provides a wonderful space to linger after a shopping in Covent Garden and while away the afternoon over delicious treats.
