GET THE LOOK: NEW HOTEL ATHENS
While on the rooftop of New Hotel in Athens I enjoyed a spectacular view of the famous Acropolis. I had such a pleasant time in the Greek capital: the city is brimming with history but at the same time it is filled with trendy crowds, shops and galleries.
For this look I am wearing the colour of the season – purple. Purple on its own is not my favourite colour but on this Ekaterina Kuchareva dress it really stands out. I matched the dress with my favourite Dries Van Noten platforms of the same shade of purple and blue.
Of course, no look of mine is complete without some fabulous jewellery. I paired my look with playful emerald pieces from the best and most exciting contemporary Greek jewellery designer, Nikos Koulis, who I first met at MATCHESFASHION.COM in London a while back. His designs are geometric and very Greek. His atelier and one of the two conceptual boutiques are both in Athens, so of course I could not resist trying on some of Nikos’ stunning jewels. Both the colours and the look perfectly matched the spirit of Athens.
