GRAZIA & MARICA VOZZA BOUTIQUE CAPRI
Refuge to emperors and princes, poets and eccentrics, Capri retains its amore. After visiting a 100% Capri stylish boutique (29 Via Fuorlovado), I spent an amazing time at Grazia & Marica Vozza jewellery gallery.
Grazia and Marica Vozza Via Fuorlovado, 38 – 80073 Capri
Grazia and Marica Vozza, twin sisters, their adventure began on Capri in 1999, in a cozy workshop a short stroll away from the famous Piazzetta.
In 2006 thanks to their loyal Italian and American clients and friends the two sisters opened a gallery boutique on Via Fuorlovado that soon became a model of refinement even beyond the island, earning international appreciation.
I love Grazia and Marica modern take on amber! This special one of a kind necklace is for whom the size and asymmetry of jewels has a certain appeal and who likes to feel as unique as the jewels they wear.
Amber is nature’s time capsule. This fossilized tree resin contains remnants of life on earth millions of years ago. Amber is surprisingly light: this makes it suitable for large beads or pendants that are still comfortable to wear despite their size. While amber is not a birthstone, it is associated with the astrological sign of Taurus!
These incredible monochrome rings can be found not only in Capri but also in Bergdorf Goodman in NYC!
Grazia and Marica Vozza the most recognisable design and their signature collection with gem stones is inspired by Capri. Only the most attentive visitors notice the small Moorish window, a symbol and expression of Capri’s eclectic past: that unparalleled age in which the island served as a haven for eccentric and unconventional artists. I love oxidised sterling silver bracelets in the Moorish window shape below!
The Grazia and Marica Vozza world is full of surprises. We love coloured leather clutch completed by the hands of Neapolitan craftsmen. Pick a special stone as a pendant and personalise it with your favourite long gemstones necklace so you can wear it on your shoulder. A real invitation to be creative without ever tiring of experimenting, inventing and playing. I picked a turquoise clutch with a unique pearl! Pearl is the birthstone for June and the gem of the third and thirtieth anniversaries.
Grazia and Marica Vozza is a family business.
Everywhere you look there are amazing stones.
“Happiness always looks small while you hold it in your hands, but let it go, and you learn at once how big and precious it is.”
Maxim Gorky, was a Russian author, from 1906 to 1913 and from 1921 to 1929 he lived in Capri.
