It’s time to tune into the universe and practice your Om chanting as we soak up the sun in beautiful Bahrain and try on this TinyOm statement cuff representing the Sahasrara, the seventh chakra. Harnessing the spiritual power, the very life force of Prana in your body, envision the swirling seven chakras like a wheel of energy where the mind and body unite, keeping us vibrant, healthy, and alive. This TinyOm statement cuff represents the Sahasrara chakra and worn as a talisman gives you the gift of the universe.

Value for money

This yoga-inspired jewellery is the creation of Virginie Dreyer, a designer and yoga teacher living in Bahrain. Her passion for yoga runs deep and reminds me of my own love of yoga that I’ve practiced since the age of 16. (I’m a regular at Triyoga in London). The TinyOm Sahasrara statement cuff is not just another piece of jewellery, but one that has symbolic value and meaning – an essential ingredient of jewellery. Why else would we wear it!

The Sahasrara chakra represents the “thousand petal lotus” and is the chakra of enlightenment and spiritual connection to a greater consciousness and everyone in the universe. Situated at the top of your head, it is the centre of rebirth from where all the other chakras draw their energy. It is a symbol of unity and wisdom.

These past couple of months have taken me on my own personal path of discovery and enlightenment. Inspired by the TinyOm statement cuff and learning about the Sahasrara chakra has helped me regain a sense of meaning and power, and helped me to keep going through this difficult time. So now, I want to share it with you. Because the body is in constant flux, it’s difficult to detect where imbalances may lie. Keeping this chakra open, though challenging, can bring a state of awareness and calm to your mind and body. With awareness, you’ll be able to pinpoint your imbalances and recognise the signals and clues, so you can work on them to bring the mind, body and spirit back into harmony.

TinyOm Sahasrara cuff is made of 18-carat rose gold and handcrafted in the workshops of the Al Zain jewellery house of Bahrain. Founded in 1930, Al Zain is one of the oldest and most respected jewellers in the Middle East.

What I love about TinyOm that for each piece of jewellery purchased on this site, 10% of the profits are donated to l’Association Presence, a charity that improves the lives of handicapped children and adults in the South of France by housing and caring for them.
