Her passion for yoga runs deep and reminds me of my own love of yoga that I’ve practiced since the age of 16. (I’m a regular at Triyoga in London). These past couple of months have taken me on my own personal path of discovery and enlightenment. Inspired by the TinyOm statement cuff and learning about the Sahasrara chakra has helped me regain a sense of meaning and power, and helped me to keep going through this difficult time.
