You should’ve seen my beaming face when I noticed GEMOLOGUE: Street Jewellery Styles & Styling Tips book among them!

GEMOLOGUE: Street Jewellery Styles & Styling Tips was published last May and I am so honoured to have been receiving your amazing feedback ever since! Thank you all for tagging the book in your Instagram posts and sharing how inspiring it is for your personal jewellery journey!

“GEMOLOGUE is a fun jewellery bible full of styling tips, Liza Urla mixes jewellery by many contemporary designers in fine and costume with vintage staple pieces. The book is filled with colour, texture, shapes, I really enjoyed its eclecticism. Although the book has clearly been well researched and conceived, I love the fact that clearly Liza does not take jewellery too seriously. Her take on jewellery in GEMOLOGUE is playful, irreverent and joyful” – Valery Demure, Jewellery PR and Consultant

If you haven’t got your copy yet, make sure to order it on Amazon!

If you happen to be visiting London anytime soon, follow my GEMOLOGUE book shopping guide to South Kensington below (with an added bonus of my favourite spots in the area)!

BIBENDUM OYSTER BAR

Oysters for lunch is such a treat! Despite the fact that seafood at the Bibendum Oyster Bar is beyond delicious, it’s the building itself that’s worth paying a visit. Opened in 1911 as the headquarters of Michelin Tyre Company it used to be one of the grandest venues in London, and a place where motorists of the past century could get their types changed. Stained glass windows depicting the famous mascot, painted tile walls and mosaic floors all there for you to enjoy over a mouthwatering seafood platter, while imagining your retro car receiving a royal treatment.
