SHEN LONDON DIANA DIAMOND BRACELET REVIEW

As soon as I landed in London on a sunny morning following my whirlwind trip to NYC, I made my way to Claridge’s – which still remains one of my favourite hotels in London- to review the stunning Diana bracelet from Shen London. Shen London embodies the essence of British elegance – the designs are timeless, and craftsmanship and skill involved in creating each piece is outstanding. Each piece would be absolutely perfect for my favourite royal fashionista, Kate Middleton! I met with wonderful Sheen Gill, the founder of Shen London, and we chatted how the Royal family was doing.

My heart was instantly captivated by the gorgeous Diana bracelet: six moons crafted from 18k white gold and encrusted with dazzling brilliant cut-diamonds. The bracelet is part of the 9 -part Goddess Collection, and Diana, the Roman goddess of the moon and hunting, being one of the nine deities.

The outer circlet represents an eclipse, the inner one a full moon: the design perfectly captures the waxing and waning of the Earth’s inseparable satellite. Depending on Diana’s mood sometimes she brought the whole moon with her – the brightest object in the night sky – sometimes just a glowing sliver.

The shimmering diamonds – 5.5 carats in total – make sure that the eyes are drawn to the spell-binding beauty of the wearer’s wrist. Each angle shining with a bright new sparkle. Six moons in total in the bracelet speak of the glorious nocturnal appearance of the planet on a cloudless night.

Shen London prides itself in hand selecting each diamond used with the utmost care ensuring that each stone is D/E VS+quality diamonds. The quality of diamonds is never compromised in the design, which I can tell you this practice when only the best diamonds are the only option is very rare in this day and age!

Diana bracelet is available at Shen.London by appointment for £16,260.
